Prior to working with Sheila, I’d never completed a marathon without severe cramping during the last 10 miles, leading to injury. In fact, I had almost given up on the idea that I could enjoy competing in endurance sports. After attending one of Sheila’s cycling nutrition seminars, I decided to do V02 testing with Sheila and to have her help me develop a fueling, hydration, and electrolyte plan for a half ironman and a marathon. For the first time ever- NO CRAMPS. Without Shelia’s professional support, I would have curbed my goals. After all, half marathons are a great distance. But now, I aspire to be an Ironman! Sheila’s services open up doors of possibility.

I had Sheila re-test my threshold. It was VERY COOL to see the difference/improvement since my last test. And, now I know more accurately where I need to focus for my coached workouts this season. If I had used my results from the last test, I would be short-changing myself on all my workouts and not getting the most out of my time.

I had an awesome race today for CIM. Ended up at 4:42 and was hoping to just break 5:00. Generation UCAN the whole way!!!!! It rocks. Sheila thank you for recommending it. My energy was consistent the entire run all 26.2 miles.
